Your own trial records remain private unless you choose to share an export. Membership does not confirm stock, supply, suitability or import permission.
Pack options and reference prices do not confirm availability or create an accepted order. Historical supplier prices retain their source year and tax label. Any proposed order needs confirmation of the exact product, pack, price, tax treatment, delivery and availability.
Check the supplied technical sheets and label for your exact variety and seed lot. Photography is illustrative. Missing suitability, resistance, germination or certification information is not a verified claim.
Sending an enquiry does not confirm stock, a purchase or payment. Confirm the business supplying your order and its terms before paying.
A VAT registration number alone does not authorise zero-rated purchases. Apply using a valid SARS notice that specifically permits agricultural inputs at the zero rate. After owner approval, confirm at checkout that qualifying seed is for your own farming operations and not for resale. Products must also be marked eligible by AgriCart. Other goods and delivery retain their applicable tax treatment. Approval may be withdrawn or cease to apply outside its authorised dates. Saved order summaries retain their original tax details and are not tax invoices; AgriCart issues the required tax invoice through its invoicing process.
For online products, checkout shows the exact pack, quantity, selling price and delivery total before payment. An order is marked paid only after a verified Yoco notification or AgriCart confirms cleared Manual EFT funds in its bank account. Returning from a payment page or submitting proof of payment does not confirm payment. Test payments do not place an order for dispatch. Final commercial, delivery and returns terms require owner approval before live payments are activated.
